Today we posted sings to get our message across to the Kamehameha Schools Kapalama campus janitorial system. We put our signs on the three main storage rooms in clear sight of the janitors. We did this in order to remind them to think twice if they shut off the lights or not. Janitors come in at around 2:00 PM and work till 9:00 PM. I say this because they are the last ones to turn the light on, MOST OF THE TIME. So we put these very big signs in their direct sight to leave them a friendly reminder. Another thing that i did was talk to some of the janitors and tell them some of the information that we have about all of the electricity we waste every year. I also took the time to thank them for all that they do. We are hoping that the janitors take what we are trying to do to heart, and try and help us.
