Today will complete our second week of working on the Ho'oulu iā Kamehameha project. Mr. Blake got back to us from talked to Mr. Ramsey and shared that there has already been steps taken in finding out our school's energy usage. We found out that on each building, there are check meters that have been installed to gather information on our energy consumption. Mr. Ramsey shared that he has three years worth of information but the only problem is that the information from this year won't be ready by the time allotted for this project. So, for this upcoming week, we'll work on compiling a survey of questions that will be given to teacher in efforts to find out how teachers are conserving energy. We also plan to post awareness posters in hopes to educate our students and staff about how conserving energy on campus can benefit everyone in the future.
